1. Order(s) will be cancelled, if we do not receive your payment within 48 hours, we reserve the rights to release your reservation to the next buyer once your order has expired.

6a. Express Service 7 days delivery only applied to Malaysia (International please refer 6b) and we will not responsible for any unforeseen shipment delay due to courier services mistake or missing in transit, however we will try our best to reach you within 7 days.
6b. Express Service for international customer, we will dispatch your order within 7 days and not delivered or reached, delivery timeframe please refer to our shipment policy, contact us if you need express delivery as well.
7. Delivery of item(s) is/are subject to change due to unforeseen shipment and custom checking delays. Should there be any delay, we will inform buyers in prior via email, sms, skype and any others mobile messenger. For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accommodate the time line for delivery, we advise you not to place your order to avoid any frustration.
8. Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed or messaged to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
9. Please make sure the delivery address provided is valid, buyer need to bear the full cost incurred if any return parcel from courier service provider due to "Wrong Address".
10. All purchases of items are subject to availability, we are trying the best to provide the most accurate updates of our products’ availability. No cancellation is allowed unless the item(s) is/are out of stock, a full refund will be credited to your bank account or selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
