No Refund Policy
- All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, even if it has not yet been processed.
- Each piece is custom made, and resources are allocated immediately upon order confirmation. This ensures efficiency and high-quality craftsmanship but prevents us from issuing refunds.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- There was an error in personalization caused by us.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement.
