Our default delivery partner is GDEX, but other courier services may be used depending on your location and the most efficient delivery option.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you need your order urgently or have any questions, feel free to contact us.

We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Here’s a simple breakdown of our processing and shipping times:

Shipping & Delivery
At Ellone Story, we take pride in preparing and packaging every order with care. Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our responsibility. However, we will do our best to assist if any issues arise during transit.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
If an item is returned due to incorrect shipping information, rejection, or failed delivery attempts, the cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. - Lost or Damaged Parcels:
In the rare event of a lost or damaged parcel during transit, we will do our best to liaise with the courier service to assist in claiming any possible compensation. However, please note that Ellone Story is not liable for any losses or damages caused during shipping.
We recommend double-checking your shipping details before confirming your order, and choosing tracked or insured shipping options (if available) for added peace of mind.
