You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you need your order urgently or have any questions, feel free to contact us.

• East Malaysia : RM 8.00
• Singapore : RM 30.00
• South East Asia : RM 55 (Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei)
• China : RM 65.00 (Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan)
• Europe : RM 65.00 (Ireland, United Kingdom)
• United States : RM 65.00

1. Custom made order dispatch & delivery timeframe

We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Here’s a simple breakdown of our processing and shipping times:

• Processing Time: 3–5 working days
  (Time needed to create and prepare your custom jewelry)

Estimated Shipping Time:

• Within Malaysia
  • Peninsular Malaysia : 1–3 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–5 working days
• International
  • China, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States : 5–11 working days
    (Please note: This does not include any customs delays or holds that may occur in your country.)

2. Most of the product or ready stock will dispatch within 24 hours (Subject to public holiday, weekend and rest day)

3. Not cover / responsible under ellone Story

• Returned due to wrong information / address provided by customer, reject or fail delivery, the delivery fee for resend will be bare by customer. 
• Damage / lost in between shipping, we will try our best to liaise with relevant shipping company for the compensation
